Our approach and our CSR commitments
Building a better world today for tomorrow.
At SOFRIGAM, protecting life and living systems lies
at the heart of our employees’ daily commitment.
Part of our DNA since the Group’s inception, our CSR strategy is structured around three pillars, based on a strong conviction: economic performance is intrinsically linked to social and environmental performance.
Committed alongside all our stakeholders, we align our actions with the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to generate positive impact today and help build a better world for tomorrow.

Governance
The SOFRIGAM Group is committed to adopting a virtuous development and operating model, placing transparency, ethics and sustainability at the core of our practices. Our governance framework aims to promote responsible decision-making by ensuring integrity across all operations. We firmly believe that strong governance is essential to building a resilient and sustainable organisation, capable of meeting the expectations of all stakeholders and supporting long-term performance in temperature-controlled logistics.
Social
The social pillar of our CSR strategy focuses on creating a fulfilling, inclusive and safe working environment. We strive to focus on social values that reflect our identity and values, encompassing employee wellbeing, health and safety, professional development, as well as the promotion of diversity and inclusion. We are committed to being a company where every individual feels valued and respected and where everyone has the opportunity to fully contribute to our collective success — a key driver of excellence in temperature-controlled transport and supply chains.
Environment
Within our environmental pillar, we apply a 3R-based approach: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. This framework aims to minimise our ecological footprint by reducing waste, reusing resources and recycling materials wherever possible. We implement initiatives to optimise resource efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote environmentally responsible practices across our entire value chain, from eco-design to end-of-life management of our temperature-controlled transport solutions.
“We are living in a world shaped by abrupt disruptions, complex transitions and growing uncertainty. We face major structural challenges such as an ageing population and increasing life expectancy, the threat of climate change and the urgent need for rapid decarbonisation, to name but a few. These challenges are unprecedented, immense and unavoidable. Companies are therefore faced with a clear choice: endure or reinvent themselves. We have chosen reinvention. As Managing Director of the Group, supported by our 150 employees, we will achieve this transformation entrusted to us by our CEO, turning these challenges into opportunities and reasons to be ever more resilient and determined.”
